3/28/07- OSLC's indoor winter programs have just concluded. Congratulations to all players who played this winter; the OSLC staff enjoyed working with you and we wish you the best of success on the field, in the classroom, and at home this spring!!

The 2007 Winter programs included:

- a four week Speed & Agility Training program @ Sherwood Ultra-Sport in Seekonk from 5:00-6:00 on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings in March. Run by Coach Benkova, a Certified Fitness Trainer, the format includes improving running form in all directions (forward, backward, lateral), core strength & plyometrics drills.

- an eight week Grade School Winter League for grade school age boys and girls @ Sherwood Ultra-Sport in Seekonk on Tuesday evenings.  The program format includes training in fundamentals of the game as well as game play.

 - an eight week Middle School Winter League for middles chool girls @ Saint Andrews School in Barrington girls on Friday nights

- an eight week Middle School Winter League for middle school boys @ Sherwood Ultrasport in Seekonk on Friday nights

Grade School Girls- Tuesdays 5:00-6:30 @ Sherwood Ultrasport, starting January 9th and ending March 6th, with no session on February 20th.

 Grade School Boys- Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 @ Sherwood Ultrasport, starting January 9th and ending March 6th, with no session on February 20th.

Middle School Boys- Fridays 7:00-8:30 or 8:30-10:00 @ Sherwood Ultrasport, with no session on February 23rd.

Middle School Girls- Fridays 7:00-8:30 or 8:30-10:00 @ Saint Andrews, with no session on February 23rd.
